Recent Updates
This is the stocktoninjuryblog. Its purpose is to raise the internet presence of my web site for the Law Offices of Lawrence Knapp. In the blog, I intend to espouse my views on the law and occasionally politics (in as much as politics effects the law and the civil justice system.) Hopefully my writings will clarify issues that may be of interest to the general public and those members of the bar that stumble upon it in their internet perusals. In addition, I want to help those who are constantly bombarded by the negative messages (that are espoused by those interested in changing the civil justice system in such a way as to limit or even eliminate the ability of the weak to seek redress from the strong) to understand the way the civil justice system works to even the playing field between the haves and have-nots. With any luck, I will effectively use the written word to preserve our great legal system from the powerful interests that seek to denigrate it.
